As a Buyer’s Specialist at Blondin Real Estate, you will represent and support homebuyers in navigating the real
estate market. We are strategic partners in turning real estate aspirations into lasting wealth, combining market
expertise with genuine care for our clients’ journeys. From understanding client needs to negotiating offers, you’ll
play a key role in making the home-buying process seamless and enjoyable. You will also work closely with our
team to ensure a fully integrated and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
● Active listing warm lead follow up
● Diligent and tactful lead nurturing
● Deliver detailed agency representation explanations with clarity
● Exhibit expert-level proficiency in real estate transaction forms and their contextual usage
● Present all options throughout every aspect of the transaction so clients may make informed decisions
● Support and guide potential buyers in collaboration with their lender with being fully underwritten /
qualified for financing
● Maintain meticulously organized transaction files, ensuring proper documentation of all signatures, dates,
deadlines, and required timelines in accordance with compliance standards
● Self motivate and create efficient workflows
● Participate in meetings and all educational opportunities offered by the brokerage
● Treat every client like family
Requirements:
● Active Missouri real estate license
● 2+ years of proven client advocacy
● Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
